Cookie Policy

Effective date: 2 November 2026 · Last updated: 2 November 2026

This Cookie Policy explains how Hivemind Trading Ltd, a company registered in Cyprus (“Hivemind”, “we”, “us” or “our”), uses cookies and similar technologies on hivemind.world and any Framer-hosted address of our website (the “Site”). Please read it together with our Privacy Policy, which explains how we process personal data and the rights you have.

1. Who is responsible

Hivemind Trading Ltd is responsible for the cookies and similar technologies that we place on the Site. Where a third-party provider sets or reads cookies through content embedded on the Site, that provider decides how the information is used and is responsible for it under its own privacy and cookie policies. In some cases the law may treat us and that provider as jointly responsible for collecting the information on our Site; the provider remains responsible for what it does with that information afterwards.

2. What are cookies and similar technologies?

Cookies are small text files that a website stores on your device when you visit it. Similar technologies include your browser’s local storage, session storage, pixels and scripts that store or read information on your device. In this policy, “cookies” refers to all of these.

First-party cookies are set by the website you are visiting. Third-party cookies are set by another company, for example when a page shows a video or widget hosted by that company. Session cookies are deleted when you close your browser; persistent cookies and local storage stay on your device until they expire or you delete them.

3. Essential and optional cookies

Essential (strictly necessary) cookies are needed to provide the Site you have asked to use, keep it secure or remember a choice you have made. Under applicable law they do not require your consent. Optional cookies, such as analytics, advertising or social media cookies that are not needed to provide the Site, generally require your consent.

Of our own technologies, we only use the essential storage described in section 4 and Framer Analytics, described in section 5, which according to Framer does not use cookies. We do not place advertising, retargeting or cross-site tracking cookies of our own. Third-party content embedded on some pages may set its own cookies, as explained in section 6.

4. Essential storage we use

  • Website hosting and security (Framer): the Site is built and hosted on Framer. Framer may use strictly necessary technologies to deliver pages, manage traffic and protect the Site against abuse. See Framer’s Privacy Statement.

  • hivemind_cookie_consent (first-party local storage): records whether you clicked Accept or Deny on our cookie banner, the date of your choice and the banner version, so we do not ask you again on every page. It stays on your device until you clear your browser’s site data.

  • hivemind_announcement_dismissed (first-party local storage): records that you closed the announcement bar at the top of the Site so it stays closed. It stays on your device until you clear your browser’s site data.

These local storage items stay in your browser and are not sent to us.

5. Analytics

We use Framer Analytics to understand how the Site is used, for example the number of visits, the pages viewed, referring websites and general information such as country and device type. Framer states that Framer Analytics does not use cookies. We use these statistics in aggregated form to understand which content is useful and to improve the Site. We do not use them to build profiles of individual visitors.

Because Framer Analytics does not place cookies on your device, it currently runs whether you choose Accept or Deny on our cookie banner.

6. Third-party content

Some pages include content embedded from other providers. When a page containing that content loads, your browser connects to the provider, which may receive information such as your IP address, browser details and the page you are viewing, and may set or read its own cookies. This happens under the provider’s own privacy and cookie policies, and we do not control those cookies. The providers we currently use are:

Important: our cookie banner currently records your choice but does not block or delay third-party embedded content. If you click Deny, embedded content on the pages you visit may still load, and the providers listed above may still set or read their own cookies. Choosing Deny therefore does not stop all third-party tracking. If you do not want this, you can block third-party cookies in your browser (see section 8), use a browser extension that blocks embedded content, or avoid pages that contain embedded videos, testimonials, signup forms or event widgets.

7. Your choices and our cookie banner

When you first visit the Site, our cookie banner asks you to Accept or Deny, and we store your choice in hivemind_cookie_consent. Because we do not currently place optional cookies of our own, your choice records your preference but does not change which of our own technologies run. If we introduce optional cookies of our own in the future, we will only set them with your consent and we will update this policy first.

To change your choice, add ?cookie-settings to the end of any page address on the Site (for example hivemind.world/?cookie-settings) and the banner will appear again. You can also clear the site data for hivemind.world in your browser, and the banner will appear on your next visit.

8. How to block or delete cookies

Most browsers let you block or delete cookies, block third-party cookies only, and clear local storage. Clearing the “cookies and site data” for hivemind.world also removes the local storage items listed in section 4. Blocking some cookies may stop embedded videos, testimonials, signup forms or event widgets from working. Your browser’s help pages explain how:

On a phone or tablet, check your device settings or your mobile browser’s help pages.

9. Your rights

Where cookies involve personal data, you have rights under the EU General Data Protection Regulation and Cyprus data protection law. These include the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to withdraw your consent at any time without affecting processing carried out before you withdrew it. You can also complain to the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection in Cyprus or to the data protection authority where you live. Our Privacy Policy explains these rights and how to use them. For cookies set by a third-party provider, you can also contact that provider directly.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Cookie Policy when the Site, the services we use or the law change. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last updated. If we make significant changes, for example by adding optional cookies of our own, we will update the banner or tell you in another appropriate way.
