Harry Phokou is the host of The Gaming Playbook, where he has interviewed 100+ gaming industry leaders to uncover the strategies, decisions and playbooks behind the industry’s most successful companies and operators.
He is the founder of Hivemind, which he grew using LinkedIn by turning content into consistent deal flow, a system that now powers dozens of founder-led brands. Through Hivemind World and Hivemind Marketing, he has hosted 18+ Hivemind events connecting studios, publishers and B2B partners, and has used LinkedIn to tour 30+ game studios across Europe.
Harry began his career as a 360 recruiter, where he became a top biller working with companies including King, Rovio and Nitro Games. This role gave him direct exposure to the people building and scaling some of the industry’s most successful teams.
He later spent over two years touring across Europe, meeting founders, operators and leaders across the gaming ecosystem. These experiences helped him build a strong industry network and gain firsthand insight into how companies grow.
In 2023, he began using LinkedIn to document conversations, share insights and build relationships at scale. This became the foundation for both The Gaming Playbook and Hivemind, and continues to support gaming leaders in building visibility, strengthening relationships and creating new opportunities through content, storytelling and Hivemind masterminds.
